About Us

EDICT is a charity based in Kirkintilloch, supporting people with physical and mental health conditions. Our service helps to improve well-being, build confidence, and reduce isolation by nurturing participants to value themselves and develop a more positive outlook. We use creative activities to boost self-esteem, and employ both group and individual interventions to reduce stress and increase emotional and psychological well-being. Our qualified staff take the time to get to know each individual, and offer support for as long as it's needed.
